1. As promised, here is the #BANNER video that I mentioned last week.
And let me tell you, if you thought the song was the bees knees, just wait until you see the video. I am consistently blown away by how talented and fun my friends are. Seriously though you guys who even are you?!

2. Twelve months, twelve themes, ten contributors. Yes and amen.

3. Artifact Uprising. "inspired by the disappearing beauty of the tangible"
That tag line in and of itself sold me on whatever it was they might be selling. Just wait until you enter the site and actually see the product. Stunning

4. Just everything about this. Colors, motion, subject, music. Yes yes yes, a thousand times yes.

5. 5k fun runs! I just did this one (time of my life I tell ya! You'll be hearing more about it. Promise) and I'm thinking this guy looks like a great next adventure. Basically if a run ends in a dance party, I say COUNT ME IN.

6. Documenting life "with a gaggle of instant films instead of our phones". I feel like I'd really enjoy being around this family

7. My birthday's in about a month and a photobooth crawl sounds fabulous! The DIY crows aren't super me but I'm all about some limo/photo booth/adventure action.

8. This guy thinks people should say Good Morning more often and ya know, I agree.

9. What a fun gift idea! For a baby shower or even just for a friend.

10. I discovered Joshua Noom on Instagram a month or so ago and am continually impressed by his work. Enjoy!

THINGS I'M LOVING RIGHT NOW | 05

let it be known, i am a vimeo addict.
also let it be known that this post has been in the works ever since summer started. i so badly wanted the list to get to 10 but the internet connection here is a little bit rough. aka. it takes me 30-45 minutes to watch a 4 minute music video on vimeo. struggles.

i highly recommend you take the time to watch each of these. i really dont think they'll disappoint. unless of course your connection is crappy, but even then i think your perseverance and patience will be rewarded. ok lots of goodness starting now..

1. suave was never a word i would have used to describe a skater boy. until i saw this

2. i'm all about symmetry. i'm all about love stories. and i'm all about people being creative with what they've got. this was all shot on a nokia phone. good stuff, gooood stuff.

3. "rivers and roads, rivers and roads, rivers til i reach you." this has been stuck in my head for the past few days. and by few days i mean i've listened to it every day for the past 2 weeks and bought the album on itunes. plus this is filmed in washington. i must visit this state.

4. lately i've been hearing a lot of hype about oddfellows, a cafe in the bishop arts district of dallas, and had filed it away in my mind as somewhere i should think about eating the next time i was in the dfw area. however, now i've seen this and lets be honest if there's any chance of something like this happening again* well i'll just say a dallas visit may or may not have just been bumped up on my list of things to do.

5. the first time i heard temper trap's "Love Lost" was in the closing credits of a movie and it was love at first listen. i listened to it on repeat for at least a month or so and then it got lost (no pun intended) somewhere in my itunes library. thankfully i stumbled across this gem of a music video  and rediscovered my love for the song all over again. that little freckle-faced ginger boy! glory. i was hooked from the start.

6. its no secret that i love weddings. while the ceremony is beautiful, the reception is where its at (most of the time). i've been to some really fun receptions but this one may top them all. paper crowns, twinkly barn, b&g crowd surfing, whats not to love?

7. i daydream often about attending one of these. new york, europe, san francisco, seattle. a girl can dream yeah?

*granted, this happened a year ago. i wont let that discourage me though. i just think that means they're due for another appearance and soon, yeah?

1. all super heroes // have you seen the avengers?! what a movie. witty, action packed, & well developed characters. i laughed a lot, cried once, almost peed my pants multiple times, went into the fetal position for almost every fight scene, and may or may not have done a double glory wave directly following the climax of the movie. also, so stoked for this and this

2. this freelance illustrator from london // her stuff is too cute. i love this piece. oh and this one too.

3. these magazine subscriptions // my birthday's in a few weeks. just saying.

4. the miller quartet // Paige, Jeff, Drew, Elijah, you guys are incredible. if miller chapel time ever happens again can i please come sit in a back pew and just bask in the goodness? geez, the amount of talented friends I've been blessed with never ceases to amaze me. you like what you hear? be sure and buy their Secret Sessions: vol 2 EP and help send these guys to Uganda & China this summer!

5. this photographer // oh the joy of discovering a new quality photography blog. rachel and rico, your work is gold.

6.  this video // i'm so certain i would have loved the 80's. others must feel the same because there's been a whole lotta tribute videos going down >> 1 : 2 :  3 : 4  man, if there's anything i've learned from living with this one it's that dancing, whenever, wherever and even if you look like a total fool, is totally worth it. dance more. you're life will become 1347987x more enjoyable.

7. this incredible choreographer // anthony lee you are talented. this. and this. and this. and this. actually, just check out his whole youtube channel.

8. these little surprise boxes // When you subscribe to Lost Crates, they gather design-inspired goodies, put them in a crate and deliver them right to your front door where you, of course, are waiting with giddy anticipation to see what surprises await you. You can sign up to receive a crate monthly (slightly expensive), quarterly (still quite the commitment), or you can pay month to month ( aka cancel anytime, aka. BINGO!).  who doesnt love getting packages?!

9. these iphone cases // society 6 is chock full of these gems. a few of my recent faves include this chevron one, this tribal one, and this bad boy

10. this storage installation // i love everything about this. wooden crates, mason jars, black and white textiles. i'll have my own bathroom next year. which means this will happen.

1. this vlog // i'm a sucker for accents 


2. i like seeing people's stories. i like people who create. i like beautiful photos. therefore i LOVE this  // i think katie's just the cutest


3. this genius product //  i don't actually know how to use chopsticks but if someone ever gave me these i'd learn and respond with quite the enthusiastic xie xie!

4. "touch tours" // i think these are just beautiful. would love to witness one.

5. what a woman.  // i love this photographer's work. this slideshow is incredible

6. this app // best 99 cents i've spent in a while (plays well with social networks)

7. this sweet stop motion announcement  // so proud of my sweet friend, Mary! Check out her new photo business, launching this summer!

8. this magazine // if anyone wanted to subscribe me to this for my birthday, i would give you one heck of a high five and probably a pretty big hug too.  

9. this blog column // lovely couples, fun facts, and quirky little illustrations. what's not to love?

10. this e-sesh // my friend Jeff Jones is one incredibly talented photographer. and this couple, well this couple is ridiculously good looking.

3. this weather we're having // glory glory hallelujah.

4. waco's new outdoor adventure shop, Outdoor Waco // my friend mary beth and i stopped by yesterday and what an experience!

first off: bubble tea. if you haven't had it i encourage you to give it a shot! definitely different. i'm still acquiring my taste for it i think but i'm thinking our relationship will look similar to the one i now have with coffee and tea. both of which i previously despised and now cant get enough of. my recommendation: chai bubble tea. nom nom
secondly: incredible staff. friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and engaging. and what salesman! needless to say i went home with one of these. oh hammock happiness // side note: i was a goof and completely forgot to claim my free shirt yesterday (see fourthly) and so i went back today, not wanting to miss out on this deal, and was greeted by name as i walked through the door! Quality!
thirdly: location, location, location. so close to campus! so close to the river! so close to cameron park! so close to Roots!
fourthly: bargains. i'm all about em. this week only, if you buy $20 worth of merchandise, rentals, or repairs you get one of these snuggley soft, super hip tees.
finally: lovely atmosphere. i saw at least 10 people i knew. sat in their coffee shop which has incredible natural lighting and great seating. and they may or may not have been playing the civil wars the whole time i was there. win. win. win.

5. this tshirt from Congress Clothing // just purchased one for each member of my family. Sic Em National Champs!

6. how true this is at our house // cooking shmooking. just pump up da jams.

7. these shorts. // hello summer! i need to learn the basics of sewing. should have paid more attention in high school home ec.

8. ordinary people, experiencing and encountering an extraordinary God // these videos are powerful and i'm so thankful for these brave men and women who are willing to tell of the goodness and faithfulness of Jesus in their lives.

9. this project // as soon as i get my hands on a disposable camera, i'm doing this.

10. this early morning session  // being up before the sun never looked so good.
